John W. Gallegos DDS

Dr. Gallegos grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. For his undergraduate studies, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Washington in Seattle. After graduating from UW, he attended Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha NE, graduating with his D.D.S. in 2009.

After dental school, and following his wife’s military career, Dr. Gallegos practiced general dentistry in Rio Rancho, NM, San Antonio ,TX, and Shiloh, IL. They then moved to Dallas, TX where Dr. Gallegos completed his specialty training, receiving his Certificate in Endodontics from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry.

Dr. Gallegos is also an officer in the New Mexico Army National Guard, where he provides dental care to New Mexico’s military service members. He is pursuing board certification with the American Board of Endodontics and is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists.
